Locally grown veggies and herbs like mint, basil, microgreens, peppers, cucumbers, spinach and mixed salad greens. Their fresh produce can be found at many of the main grocery stores as well so please shop local!
Note: The spinach (pictured above) is not quite the same as what people from North America or Europe will be used to. It has thicker, larger leaves but substitutes well in cooked dishes, but in a fresh salad it's a bit of an acquired taste.
